Gretel or Megan?

Well, our challenge was Hansel and Gretel. So I started out drawing a little girl like I always do...Then as the drawing progressed I started to see Megan, who is a friends daughter. In fact, we a group of us went camping a few weeks ago. Megan and Lauren were a lot of fun to hang out with. Megan is the youngest, at three years old. She kept playing in the dirt, making little hills and was usually pretty dirty. She is cute and mischievous. My favorite part of the trip was right before we were leaving and she kept asking for gum. Her parents both said, not until they were on the road. As if they might forget what they had told her, she asked again like it was the very first time. And then asked some more and talked about how she really likes gum. (I honestly can't do this story justice,...you had to be there) Also..i think i am stuck on this color palette......
