This picture is based off an awesome sermon I heard Last Saturday Night. I am not sure I did it justice, but this is what I kinda was thinking in my mind to illustrate. Basically it was not patching your old self up, but when Christ is in you, you are a new creature and He has the power to change your heart so that you are changed into His likeness. Instead of patching up your old self in your own strength and getting frustrated, use the Word of God and His promises, this doesn't mean we don't have problems it just means that God is the one we give them to and He is the one who deals with them.. His promises are that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
Boy, I sure wrote a lot....
