I'm now practicing some speed painting at night from landscape photographs. My hope is that I'll get to a point where I have a good understanding of lighting and pushing it with my own whimsical creatures. Here is my practice. This one is the first and probably took 2.5 hours. I know that is long for speed painting, however practice makes perfect!
